The processes are mainly CNC pantofrese, turning, lost wax casting, die-cast zamak, the materials used are brass, silver , aluminum, plexil, horn and leather.
The production capacity of the 6 numerically controlled CNC machines and a machine dedicated to rapid prototyping allow both fast deliveries and high production volumes as they work in a continuous cycle 24/24.
Inside there is also a department with manual pantographs and pantofrese for the most artisanal jobs, tumbling, carving, enamelling, galvanic department and finishing, with qualified staff for each process. All processing stages are internal: from cutting to galvanizing, quality control, logistics and shipping.
All processes are strictly made in Italy!
